Hi Friends!!! So Today, my sister and I discovered a yogen fruz-melon frozen yogurt DUPE !! They got rid of their melon selection at yogen fruz a few years back so i’ve always been searching for that taste. In the picture above are frozen mangoes -not melon (but its the taste i’ve been looking for), Lassi Yogurt Drink and at the very bottom, the finish product !

This recipe is so simple and inexpensive. All you need is to blend 1 cup frozen mangoes to 1 cup lassi yogurt drink. If you don’t have a blender or food processor at home that could be a problem 😛 or you can just put 1 cup of frozen mangoes in a ziplock and beat it to a pulp lol ! The consistency is up to you but that is what worked for me 🙂 Happy Baking !

My New KitchenAids !

My New KitchenAids !

Hi Friends ! Yesterday I bought 2 new KitchenAids from Canadian Tire (within the GTA) The one on the left is a Hand Mixer and the one on the right is a Hand Blender. I haven’t tried the Hand Mixer yet but so far I am in love with the Hand Blender; its easy to use and most of all -easy clean up and stowaway. Aside from my regular size Blender and Mixer, I thought it would be essential to purchase these two for quick hassle free use! In addition, I purchased these two items on sale for $39.99 Here is a recipe for a simple and delicious Frozen Yogurt.

Strawberry Frozen Yogurt :
1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
3/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries

Of course you guys can substitute these two ingredients with anything you would like ! 🙂 nonetheless, Happy Baking !

3 Ingredient NUTELLA Brownies !!

Hi Friends !! Looking for something easy peeezy to make? Try this super easy Nutella Brownie Recipe ! All you need is 1 1/4 cup of Nutella, 2 Eggs, 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour. Mix all those ingredients together well, and put into a pan size 8×8 -if you want thicker brownies, try a smaller pan.Next, bake for about 20-25 minutes at 350F and once its done let it cool for about 10 minutes. Garnish it with icing sugar and VOILAAAAA. Happy Baking !! 🙂

Let's Meal Prep Everyone !

Hi you guys so if you reeeally know me I love good food, but once in awhile Im like, you know what Sarah time to cuttttt doooownn lol. so anyways I’ve been working out everyday for the past month and been getting healthier 🙂 finally, yayy. I started with cutting out rice from my diet -so now that I can control myself with that I’ve decided to get myself going with this shenanigans 😛 So my meal prep for this week includes: veggie stir fry with shrimp, and edamame beans on the side or salad, the smaller containers contain blueberries,apples and blood-orange. Anyways this stuff, is already all my favourite stuff. To get my body and my MIND used to eating healthier, I’m replacing only one of my meals either lunch or dinner for now. That’s all for now, i’ll keep you guys updated on any progress ! but stiiil, HAPPY BAKING lol !!

Having a Pilipino Party Ya’ll ? Well the top two desserts shown above are two of my favorite filipino delicacies ; Karioka and BananaQ ! The other two shown are Skor Bars and LemonPoppy Seed Cupcake. Now, if you are filipino you MUST know that a lot of our menu items contain loads of sugar or GLUTINOUS RICE (take for instense karioka for one, kutsinta,bilo bilo and more) !!! Karioka is simply glutinous rice flour,coconut milk,coconut pieces (macapuno) and brown sugar, and BananaQ is Saba bananas + brown sugar and a frying pan. Now all this sounds super fattening I know ! But when you are going to indulge in good food. Make it GOOD at least ! :)) As my friend Gnani once told me, “Theres nothing like good food.” Happy Baking !!
