So its your first time making a tiered cake for a special event? Here are a few Essentials that you will need. First off,a design plan whether ; a simple or a complicated design ( yet simple is always safe for your first try and stand out just the same ), a nice light icing -not too sweet, and don’t forget a cake board and piping tools! What I absolutely loved about this cake was that the buttercream held up very well. From my experience, this cake was in full form for more than 5 hours out of the refrigerator, – so if your cake will be on display for a while, this is the way to go. Every slice was in good shape. When you slice your cake and it doesn’t crumble to pieces, yet it is still spongey – you know that your cake was made perfectly 🙂 Happy Baking !
