Hi Friends !! Happy Monday ! this marks WEEK3 of my meal prep. Today I cooked up some basa fillets -super inexpensive, tasty and low in fat. A yummy meal to go with the beautiful weather 🙂 finally !
Here is the simple recipe.
Place 4 basa fillets in an oven safe dish and add the following ingredients
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder,pepper,salt & paprika
1/2 Tablespoon green onion
1/2 Tablespoon parsley
Cook in the oven at 350F for about 20-25 minutes
For the sauteed spinach, simply add the remaining juices from the dish to about 2 cups of spinach. Wilt the spinach in a skillet on medium heat and VOILAAA 🙂 Happy Baking!!
