1 bag of shrimps (or 16 shrimps)
1 cup of bread crumbs (plain panko or tempura bread crumbs)
salt and pepper
1.Peel the shrimps -but leave the tails and then devein the shrimps
2.Rinse the shrimps with cold water, drain and season the shrimps with salt and paper
3.Put the shrimps in a bowl and mix together with 1 egg.
4.Roll the shrimp into a bowl of panko crumbs until fully covered.
5.Fry the shrimps in a saucepan on medium heat until golden and crispy
6.Serve with sweet chili sauce, or plum sauce !
