Hi Friends ! Here are a few of the sugar cookies I made in the past week for Philippine Independence Day as well as a Graduation Celebration. I regret to say, I wasn’t able to take a better photo of the finished products but this will have to do.
These are one of my all-time favorites as they are easy to make, they look beautiful and you can make these on a low budget.
Sugar Cookie Tip * If you are having problems with your cookies melting out of shape once you pop it in the oven, try adding more flour. You must of added to much butter OR the butter is already at room temperature(when kneading the dough, your hands shouldn’t get all buttery). Once I’ve cookie-cut all of the cookies I usually put it into the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before putting it in the oven. Hope this Helps ! Good luck and Happy Baking !
